Blend the biscuits until it reach a crumb consistency, then add the vegan cream cheese and blend until it begins to come together like a dough.
[Leave one biscuit aside this will be used for the crumb top to decorate]
Step 2
Roll into balls and transfer to a baking tray lined with baking/parchment paper or foil.
Step 3
– Set in the fridge for 10 mins while you melt the vegan chocolate.
– Once melted, coat the balls into the chocolate bowl and transfer back to the baking tray. Crumble the biscuit that you set aside and sprinkle it onto of each bowl.
Step 4
Set in the fridge for a further 5-10mins for the chocolate to set and enjoy with a glass of plant based milk
