The Best Vegan Chocolate Bundt Cake

Step 1

Combine the milk and apple cider vinegar in a glass/bowl and leave aside while you make the batter. Mix together the sugar, gluten free flour and xanthin gum into a large bowl until fully combined.

Step 2

Pour in the wet ingredients except the coffee and mix into the dry ingredients until combined.

Step 3

Pour in the coffee, whisk. And becareful not to over mix. Transfer to your prepared bundt tin and bake for 45-60 mins. The sponge should be springy to the touch.

Step 4

As the cake cools, make the vegan ganache by melting together the vegan chocolate and butter. It should create a slightly thick glossy sauce.

Step 5

Once the cake has cooled pour over the ganache and let it drip down the cake. Slice and enjoy!
