The batter

– Combine the milk and apple cider vinegar in a glass/bowl and leave aside while you make the batter.1 cup Plant based milk, 1 tbsp Apple cider Vinegar

– Mix together the sugar, flour, Xanthan Gum, coco, baking powder and soda into a large bowl until fully combined.

– Pour in the apple sauce, veg oil and 'buttermilk' and mix it into the dry ingredients until combined. – Pour in the coffee, whisk. And becareful not to over mix.

Baking

– Transfer to your prepared bundt tin and bake for 45-60 mins. The sponge should be springy to the touch.

Vegan Ganache

As the cake cools, make the vegan ganache by melting together the vegan chocolate and butter. It should create a slightly thick glossy sauce.

Finishing touches

– Once the cake has cooled pour over the ganache and let it drip down the cake.
