- If you would like you jam without any blueberry skin/chunks then simply sieve the jam when it’s warm over the jar you want to keep it in.
- If you don’t have any syrup, honey will work as an excellent substitute.

Cornflour - Helps thicken the jam without adding any flavour
Maple syrup - To add sweetness but you can also use honey or golden syrup.

How do you make blueberry jam
To make the jam you want to begin by adding all the ingredients into your pan and heat on medium/high heat for 5 mins. Whilst stirring consistently.
After 5 mins you should begin to notice that it is starting to thicken. Then remove from the heat and transfer to your jar. Set in the fridge or at room temperature for 15 mins before enjoying on a slice of toast or mixed into your faviroute dessert.

My favorite vegan chocolate I'd recommend for this mousse is NOMO chocolate or conscious chocolate plain. However, you can also opt for flavored vegan chocolates to customize your mousse.
If you don’t want to make this vegan I’d recommend dark chocolate so its not overly sweet.
